Mrs. Pogue is in her 17th year with Redeemer Christian Preschool, where she has been director for the last five. She is the mother of three adult daughters and been married for 27 years.
She enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking and spending time with her family. A fun fact about Mrs. Pogue…. 2 of my daughters played club, and then college volleyball so we have spent a lot of time traveling around the country (Even to Puerto Rico) to volleyball tournaments and games
She is a life long believer of the Lutheran Faith and enjoys sharing the Love of Jesus with others. Favorite Bible verse: Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5
Miss Edwards is in her second year as assistant teacher at Redeemer Christian Preschool. She is one of nine siblings and is currently engaged to the love of her life.
She thoroughly enjoys playing and teaching the violin, reading, cooking, going on picnics, and spending time with her loved ones.
When Miss Edwards was younger, she often enjoyed pretending to teach her younger siblings. From that grew a deep passion to teach younger children, not only how to read and write, or play an instrument, but especially the Love Jesus has for them!
Miss Edwards favorite Bible verse comes from Isaiah 25:1 which says, “Lord, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago.”
